was born in 1971. In 1978, had to leave his homeland with father and two brothers due to Chinese invasion over Tibet. From 1979-1985 he attended Drukpa Kargyud Destitute Home. He specialized in traditional Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and obtained Lopon (Master of Arts degree) in Buddhist Philosophy in the year 2000. Elected president of Students' Union to look after the students’ welfare. Elected the 13th Member of Tibetan Parliament in Exile, Dharamsala from 2001-2006, where he represented the Kagyudpa. Attended World Parliamentarian Convention on Tibet, Edinburgh, Scotland and Rome, Italy in year 2005 and 2009 respectively. At present, he travels different European countries, The United States and Southern Africa to give lectures on Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and cultural heritage of Tibet. Since 2002, he continue to be an official lecturer of Budapest Buddhist University which is under the Ministry of Education, Hungary.
